Accessibility statement

Last updated

We want everyone to be able to use rudratic.com, whatever device, browser or assistive technology they use.

01Our aim

In shortWe aim for WCAG 2.2 level AA.

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. The site has not yet had an independent accessibility audit.

02What we have done

While building the site we:

  • use semantic HTML with landmarks, a single main heading per page and a logical heading order;
  • make every interactive element usable with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline;
  • respect your system’s "reduce motion" setting, and offer a switch in the footer to pause motion on any device;
  • give images text alternatives, and hide purely decorative graphics from screen readers;
  • announce live changes, such as form results and demo updates, to screen readers;
  • link form errors to their fields and describe how to fix them;
  • check every page at eight screen widths, from 320 to 2560 pixels, for content that is cut off or scrolls sideways;
  • use one typeface with text sized in relative units, so text scales with your browser settings.

03Known limitations

In shortThe product video tours have no captions yet.

We know about these issues and are working on them:

  • The product video tours do not yet have captions or transcripts.
  • Some product pages use 3D or animated illustrations. The information they show is also given in text, and they pause when motion is reduced, but they may still be hard to follow with a screen reader.
  • Our free tools and documentation run as separate sites and have not been reviewed against this statement.

04Tell us about a problem

If something on the site is hard to use, or you need content in a different format, e-mail info@rudratic.com. Tell us the page address and what happened, and we will reply.
