Rudratic Technologies Ltd ("Rudratic", "we", "us" or "our") is an enterprise cybersecurity company registered in England and Wales (company number 16832988). Our registered address is 47 Courtside, 47–49 Penywern Road, London SW5 9TU, United Kingdom. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

02Information we collect

In shortWhat you type into our forms, and anonymous page statistics.

We collect information you provide directly to us, and limited technical information when you use the site:

• Contact and demo forms: your name, e-mail address, company, role, the products you are interested in, the topic you choose and your message.
• Open applications: your name, e-mail address, the area you are interested in, your message and any link you share (for example to a CV or LinkedIn profile).
• Newsletter: your e-mail address and your consent.
• Usage data: aggregated statistics about page views and site performance from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which Cloudflare states does not use cookies or local storage and does not fingerprint individual visitors.
• Security data: when a form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, Cloudflare processes signals from your browser solely to tell people from bots.

03Free tools

In shortThe free tools are separate apps with their own handling.

Our free tools run as separate applications: ScanX (scanx.swotpam.com), QuantaxScan and SeoLens (seolens.swotpam.com). Information you enter into a tool, such as a host address, credentials, a Microsoft 365 sign-in or a URL, is used to run the scan you request. The ScanX application states that login information is processed securely and not stored, and that results are kept in your browser’s local storage.

Use a dedicated, least-privilege account when scanning, and remove it afterwards.

04How we use your information

We use your information:

• To respond to enquiries, demo requests and applications.
• To send the newsletter and product updates, only if you have asked for them.
• To keep the site secure and improve its performance.
• To comply with legal obligations.

05Legal basis for processing (UK and EU GDPR)

We process personal data on these legal bases: legitimate interests (site security, performance statistics and improving our products), contractual necessity (responding to enquiries and taking steps at your request before a contract), and consent (the newsletter and marketing communications).

06Data retention

We keep contact information for 3 years from our last interaction with you, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Newsletter subscribers stay on the list until they unsubscribe.

07Sharing your data

In shortWe never sell your data. Service providers process it for us under contract.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with service providers that process it on our behalf under data processing agreements: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, security, web analytics and bot protection), our e-mail delivery provider (to deliver form submissions to our team) and our newsletter provider (to send the newsletter and manage subscriptions).

We may disclose information where the law requires it.

08Cookies and browser storage

rudratic.com does not set cookies. It stores a few settings in your browser so the site remembers your choices, such as pausing motion. The cookie policy lists each one.

09Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and, where we rely on consent, the right to withdraw it at any time. To exercise these rights, e-mail info@rudratic.com.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk), the UK data protection regulator.

10Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including TLS encryption in transit and access controls.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be shown on this page, and the "last updated" date at the top shows the most recent revision.
