SWOT HR brings attendance, leave, payroll, documents, announcements and an AI HR assistant into one platform. Employees punch in from the web, the mobile app with geofencing or a biometric sync; leave runs through multi-level approvals; monthly payroll accounts for unpaid leave, provident fund, professional tax and TDS. Four roles each get their own view, and salary changes, overrides and payslip downloads are written to an append-only audit log.

The problem

Attendance in one tool, leave in email and payroll in spreadsheets means every month starts with reconciling them by hand. Salary data and ID documents end up in shared folders, and when someone asks who changed a salary or overrode an attendance record, there is no trail to show.
